Fighting for 4th Spot?

Hope you beat Napoli, meaning you have two extra games in Europe which will hopefully affect your league form. Madrid are one of the best counter attacking sides I have seen and Barca are Barca. So I can't see you winning it but hopefully you will have two maybe even four extra games.

I've always said this (although it may be different this season given how bad we've been), I believe we are the only side who can truely stifle teams like Barca/Madrid. We certainly won't win it but if we beat Napoli and avoid one of them until the final I'll have belief. I just hope the final isn't an El Classico

Arsenal Chelsea and Liverpool fans licking our wounds, looking forward to the end of the bloody season ... in February. Truth be told I was looking forward to the end of the season at the end of August.

True. Barca have never brushed Chelsea aside and the games are always so tight. But that Chelsea was at their peak and the power and speed they played at is no longer the same. Madrid can match the power of Chelsea though. And the speed in their play is amazing and I think they will cut through you and get the goals needed to win.

Yep, can't argue with that. I think we'll lose in Italy on Tuesday but give them a good go at the bridge. Barca will still win the CL this year, especially now they've conceeded the title

The question was more general. Let me spell it out for you. If you was looking forward to the end of the season before it had started why do you bother supporting Arsenal at all?

By the way judging by your first paragraph, I think you're confusing me with someone else

Anyway, regarding 4th spot. I'm trying not to be biased but I'll think we'll make it, both teams lacking in a great deal of confidence but I think we've got the experience to overcome our rough patch. Not looking forward to the game at the Emirates though.
