I remember years ago Raquel Welch threatened to sue a magazine which said she was one of the stars whose assets were improved by plastic surgery. She said she would undergo a full examination by a surgeon to verify she hadn’t if they didn’t retract the statement and then take them to court. A newspaper said dozens were injured in the rush to offer their services.<laugh>

And Freddie said the marriage didn’t last as long as his run-up!!!

Her son Damon married Rebecca Truman.

Ah that's it I was trying to remember the connection to the area, something to do with Market Weighton. One of our old neighbours got invited to the wedding or something, I think in Market Weighton. Twas a while ago so memory cells fading. Infact I think she visited their house at one point, this is in Ferriby, so they were obviously pretty good friends with the Trumans.

The wedding was at Bolton Abbey (near Harrogate), Freddie was very good friends with my Father in Law, I never liked him.
