It seems the mail merge has broken in the email and the correct promo code hasn't been added onto the email. Hopefully a 2nd email will be issued with the correct code. 0 will not get you a free stream.

What a set of useless bastards, I tried and as you say the code is invalid.
You still have to put your card details in, but they reassure you that you will not be charged , ?????
 
New email from Hull City with code info, I have applied it and it works OK, you still have to enter your card info, even though there is a zero balance to pay.
