I think we need to score the first goal as that will then play to our strengths. If they score first I fear we might struggle. I would personally play Campbell rather than Bendtner. Have Bendtner to bring on if we need him. Everton are not that quick at the back so Campbell could cause them problems.
I haven't seen much of Mcclean to be honest but if Coleman plays I feel we have a much better chance of handling him. Neville and Coleman have done a job on the right hand flank up against Bale for the last two years so I'm sure we'll be aware of the threat.
Campbell will out run Bendy every time but Bendy is a far better at holding the ball and bringing other players in.
