Only men with totally bald chests find excess hair on a woman offensive, even a few stray chest hairs can suggest neutrality.
True, you might have a delayed sprouting, I never factored that into my theory, I should have had a minimum age of 30 for respondents. I was always quite hairy but when I hit my early 30s i started to look like a silverback gorilla.

If steel never buckled under intense heat from fire then there would be no need to fireproof it then would there, Eddie?

There can't have been much heat from all the Jet Fuel and combustable materiel in the offices, it's not as if all the paper and wooden furniture could have contributed to the flames.
