Is there a new one?I did like the last couple which brings me onto the original,the missus never saw the that one and came across it one lazy Sunday afternoon.The sets were dodgy,make up poor but the ending was jaw dropping for her,class.
Rise of the Planet of the Apes came out in 2011, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes in 2014. Worth a watch if you haven't seen them. In the first, a gorilla attacks a helicopter; in the second, a chimp wielding two machine guns rides a horse.
I saw them,experiments in lab went wrong etcgreat bit when they were jumping across all the trees,scary ****.I saw the Wahlberg one which tried to stick with original but last two were great stuff and very enjoyable.They could seen as a methaphor or just good fun!
ps now that I think of it,the last one was very eco-friendly or not,got you thinking either way.
Aye,after seeing it again and maybe getting mixed up and it was probably that one that had all the hidden messages in it and as a kid you didn't pick up even though born in the late 80's and film from the late 60's.
The Simpsons musical version was pretty good.
