Afternoon all,

Just after some opinions. Has anyone ever used an Executive Box or one of the Suites when attending a match?. Myself and a few friends are travelling up for the Fulham match and we've booked into one of the matchday suites (Bamburgh).

Also considering the stadium tour whilst i'm in Newcastle, has anyone done the stadium tour before? opinions?

Cheers

i did the stadium tour last year, was about £15, it's definitely worth doing while you're there

I like the boxes. They have free flowing Booze... but you don't quite get the pre match buzz you do everywhere else....

Did the tour last season as part of my birthday gift. DT and I had a good time and learned quite a lot, but what I'll always remember is where Sir Bob's seat is. We all came out of the executive tunnel (blue with a crest as you look from afar) where all the big wigs take their seats, and were told to sit. So I sat next to DT round the corner because there was quite a few of us on the tour. We were told to stand after 5 minutes, to check what was under our seats. Sure enough, there was a couple of plaques for Sir Bobby and his family. Turns out nobody sits there expect his family members when they are in attendance, as a mark of respect... WHOOPS! <whistle>

Well worth a go I think... Just be careful where you sit...

The tour was really good. well worth the money. The staff were Toon through and through and really knew their history of the club. We didn't win the hide-and-seek treasure hunt to find the trophy cabinet though. Ran out of time.

You're obviously not dedicated enough!

I took a 2 hour car journey to find it. And there it was, the 1995/1996 Premier League Trophy!!!!!! Why do we keep it in Manchester again?
