Yuri Berchiche opens the scoring for Bilbao v Eibar. Kike's already equalised, but that's a lovely strike.

Assist for Lawrence Vigouroux, who spent some time on our books.
That's a good kick-out by him, but some awful goalkeeping from his opposite number.

A tremendous achievement by Mark Stimson to take Hornchurch to Wembley after beating Notts County on penalties today. Their season was curtailed months ago and the group pledged to stay together and only play FA Trophy games.
Stimson deserves better than to be managing at this level, hopefully he’ll get another chance at FL level, he’s previously managed at Stevenage and Gillingham.

Great player but a total twat to us.
His strike to join Chelsea was a total disgrace.

He's actually lucky we stood firm on that, too.

Year later he joined Madrid and now has four CL's to his name, a couple La Liga's, few other team bits and the small matter of a Ballon d'Or too.

Was a Grade A cock though. We got battered 3 nil and 5-1 inour first 2 games of the season while he did a Berbatov and refused to play.

Great player but a disrespectful twat to us.

To be fair the term ‘great’ doesn’t do him justice. No doubting he was a cock that summer but we got to see four seasons worth of one of the best midfielders to ever grace the game. After trophies, I think seeing exceptional players play for your club is the next best thing for a football fan to enjoy. He was worth paying any entrance fee alone, never seen a player who could just control a whole game of football like he could, often felt like he had a mic in his ear telling him who was making a run because he could see passes at ground level that no one sitting up in the stands could see.

I honestly don’t think I’ll ever see a better player - or certainly midfielder - than him at this club again.

Dictates games so easily. Finds space in his sleep and picks out passes like it's nothing. Looks effortless.
