When we were 2-0 down at half time, I predicted that he'd head the winner in a 2-3 win for Spurs in front of a number of Gooners in the pub...much to their amusement. I was UNBEARABLE when he scored and most left before the final whistle. One bloke, a rasta called 'Arsenal' was standing next to me when it went in...I jumped up as it nestled in the net...then turned round and he was already leaving the pub.
Mrs B and I were due to have dinner with my father-in-law that night. Mrs B cancelled immediately she heard the result. Palace played later and I was in one of their pubs putting on Chas & Dave songs on the jukebox before, after and probably all night. Nobody got too bothered by it and I have no recollection of getting home.
I will always love the guy for that goal and the run and cross at City.

600 league games for Doncaster. Bloody hell. Don't get many players doing that nowadays, especially in the lower leagues.

Noni Madueke is in the England U21s squad for the first time. Sess, Skipp and Tanganga all in the squad too, wonder if any of them fancy seeing if he wants to return to Spurs in the summer?
