Maybe it's time to hire a club psychiatrist, even if it's just to refer people to outside help?
Livermore, Caulker and Lennon were all at the club at the same time. Is that a coincidence?
Yes I think it is. The problem is far wider and like an iceberg, mostly out of sight......
3 out of all those highly/overpaid young, men generally not with the greatest intellects that have passed through the club is a drop in the ocean.
(You would also have to add Jamie O'Hara to that list I imagine.....)

Yes, and no.

Perhaps the PFA should be docking money from their members for
psych treatment costs at some appropriate time.

The career is short, and if you fall from the top, the fall can be rapid in so many
ways (wages, level of club, adoration etc) . Very few are mentally prepared for such
eventualities. And that is without on-pitch issues (self-worth when the supporters
are on your back during bad spells, potential depression during long-term injuries etc) .

And now Wikipedia's telling me that Curbishley was player/coach under Lennie Lawrence before he became joint player-manager with fellow player-manager Steve Gritt.

Former youth player Charlie Lee has signed for Leyton Orient as the O's try and rebuild their decimated squad.

I loved Charlie Lee when he was with us, thought he was a decent prospect. But changed my affections for him a couple of years ago when he took out Nathan Oduwa in a pre season game at Stevenage with one of the worst challenges I have ever seen.

Yaser Kasim, a member of our youth squad a few years ago, has quit Swindon and signed for Northampton.

Against Tim Howard, too. Decent finish.
