He made 33 starts in the league in his last season with us and was voted into the PFA Team of the Year. Trippier made 12 appearances in the league for us and 10 in the cups. Walker's lying his arse off and he downed tools after being tapped up by City.
Kieran Trippier's agreed a deal with Turkish side Eyupspor, according to their local press. I know he's Northern, but they're just taking the piss with that name, aren't they?
I remember breaking down his blatant bullshitting a while back, possible even on Old606, and it made it clear that Walker had started something like 15 of the 20 matches before the FA Cup semi he threw a wobbly over - and at least two of the 5 games Trippier started were against lower league opposition in the cups
Koeman’s basically told him to forget about playing for the Netherlands again now. To be honest, at probably £500k-£1m a week wages, I wouldn’t give a ****. Toney’s reportedly going to earn £1m a week with wages and bonuses too, whilst your sporting ambition dies with these types of moves you can see why players take them, even if they are earning obscene amounts already. That sort of money you can not only live the most luxurious of lives but all your family and friends can easily be looked after too.
Did Spurs have any sell on for Bergwijn? Or will they get nothing because it’s lower than what they paid?
I saw Dilan Markanday play for Chesterfield on Saturday, played very well in what was very fortunate 1-0 win for the Gills. He had a well taken a goal chalked off for a very tight offside call. Quick and direct but still very slight, and may have found his level. but a couple of good seasons in league 2 could see him progress up the leagues again.
James Horncastle: "Milan keeps conceding the same goal on Emerson Royal's side. His €15 million (12.6 million pounds; 16.6 million dollars) transfer from Tottenham Hotspur seems like the biggest donation in the history of the Milan Foundation, which is charitably trying to fulfill his dream of becoming a footballer." That's probably more brutal than anything I've ever said about him
Just came to share the Emerson tweet too What a dreadful player he is. How Milan scouted him and still decided to sign him
Paulinho has announced his retirement from football So we can stop talking about his stiffy after scoring against Cardiff now
Still runs a midfield in a way that very few players can match. Scored the only goal of the game yesterday as Croatia beat Poland: https://www.uefa.com/uefanationslea...6eaf83-1000--watch-modric-s-superb-free-kick/ Just passes it into the top corner.
