Cheers.

It's not Ronald leaving that concerns me. As good a job as he's done here, I'm sure we can find someone else at least on his level, especially given our standing as a club right now. However, it troubles me that he would even want to leave. I know Everton are offering obscene money, but he's always been adamant that he would at least see out his contract. I'm sure there's more to it than the money, and that's worrying.
Erm...I take it you didn't notice my little joke?

I just hope we appoint someone (that isn't Giggs) quickly. Give them a proper pre-season, but equally stop the vultures circling around the players. That's key.

yes maybe those clubs, and i wasn't referring to them, , but why Everton and Spurs or West Ham, their grounds aren't much bigger although the governing bodies seemed to have helped Spurs an 'ammers out on that point

2. I thought we finished 2nd in 82, if 85 or 84 you are just splitting hairs and you know what i meant

I was teasing. We finished 2nd in 84 and 5th in 85.

Everton have a bigger commercial base and fan base than us. Currently. They are a bigger club than us.

Everton are offering Koeman:

- £7m per season
- £100m budget
- 100% of whatever Lukaku goes for
- new stadium guarantee

Kenwright confident that by Monday that Ronald will be their new boss.

You missed the bit in the contract about FLT & me having to do the positive threads that turned the season around. Unless we move to the Everton board, we're stuck with Ron for a few more years.

Oh god, we'd all have to apologise to TSS :)

I wouldn't hold you to it. Just that I would expect you all to stand firm next time you were subject to smoke and mirrors, and see it for what it is. However, I have said I will apologise to the flappers if their instincts turn out to be true, and I had had faith in Ronald's word.

wiki which of course is always correct (please note sarcasm) says 83-84
