Look ... most supporters I know don't follow LUST and see no point in going to a meeting ... GC uses the media to make statements, now all we're asking him to do is back them up, nothing else ... if he simply spoke at LUST events fair enough, but because he goes public every time he feels he can potentially "raise" his profile it means that non-LUST members now have a right to question him without attending a LUST meeting ... he wants to buy into the club with a mystery backer, I want answers around this!! It's my right as a Leeds supporter to question him, he needs to tell us his intentions ... my questions are legitimate, they are not attacking him or insulting him, I just want him to step up to the plate and fill us in, simple as that ... and no hiding behind this "come to a LUST meeting" stuff, I live far away from Leeds and can't simply pop into a LUST meeting as I please, even if its online, as I may have other commitments, just like Jock.
Billy, if you were pissed off with David Cameron, would you ask questions on a minor (apologies!) website to get your questions answered, or would you follow the published procedure to get your answers? No-one denies your right to question LUST - the only thing being denied is the deviation from best process. Plain & simple. Use the LUST AGM to generate your answers - you can submit them in advance, and use a proxy to listen in if you can't manage yourself. Don't miss the opportunity for your questions to be heard.
Whitejock, I do agree with you to some extent. If I wanted questions answered though and the person that had the answers specifically took time to talk about such things (as he did by being here) then I would expect better answers than he gave. Especially bearing in mind that he should seem to be the voice of the fans being in the position he is in, he really doesnt seem to communicate well in any capacity. I still dont see the point of what LUST are trying to achieve so until then they dont seem necessary to me and even worse are dividing fans. If he wants to have support it should be him taking the time out to gain that support and convince non-believers why they should get behind him. I truly couldn't have been more disappointed with his contribution to this thread.

Yep. Only his acolytes want the rest of us to stop talking about cooperman and his raping of the LUST ideals. Nothing to hide, nothing to fear is my over riding thought when I see the lust lads getting a bit squeaky about the discussions taking place on the fora GC has just been on.
You did it on purpose as you wanted an intelligent debate into to leadership of lust, it's relationship with its mystery backer, and don't want el president replacing on the LUFC by Cooperman. I for one thank you for facilitating the debate.
