thanks for feeding my ego Yea thats fine but he had a magnificent opportunity to rise to the occasion on this thread and really show the point of LUST on here but all of his responses just sounded like he either didn't have the time or he couldn't be bothered to properly answer. Not a great way to portray yourself if your trying to win over Leeds fans. And if he says he isn't trying to win over Leeds fans then what is the point of him being where he is being. I'm very indifferent towards LUST but at the moment as I said in my last post they are being disruptive among the Leeds faithful and that is only going to be negative towards the club
Meeting GC or BM? Only one of these possibilities would shock me (and if it's the right answer, I want to be there holding the jackets!
Why not organise a Google Hangout? Have GC on live video alongside the various others who have questions (you can use an avatar, instead of video showing your face), and then you can talk like real people instead of sounding off through a keyboard. You can then also have a moderator who can keep the chat civil. Then it can be a real discussion where people's definitional differences can be aired and clarified, as a lot of stuff on here is cross-purpose and jumps around. And still no-one has posted the questions in a non-leading or nuanced manner
With all due respect I feel you are placing some nuances on particularly BS's questions because you are more pro LUST than he is. On a different subject you read a nuance into a post I made on Friday that wasn't there (not for the first time). In fairness to you everyone forms opinions on posts made based in part on their own opinion of the subject discussed.
Ok ... here's my questions, straight up: Who is LUST's financial backer? Why is he prepared to go in 50/50 with LUST? What is he expecting for his money? Why are LUST after a seat on the board? How are LUST going to raise money to buy TA and ER? Why do they want to buy the properties? If LUST do buy into the club and I've contributed £100, Leeds get promotion and a billionaire buys us for ten times the price, do I get £1000 back? Waiting ....
Actually Sheldon, such a mechanism exists at every LUST public meeting. The meeting is transmitted out to the web, and EVERY question submitted (prior to and during the meeting - via twitter, FB, email etc.) is answered live on air. I think you'll also find that many of the questions posed on NOT606 have already been answered in this fashion - and often more than once! The opportunity is there for everyone on here to pose questions and listen to the answers, without actually attending the meeting personally. Also, due to the dynamic nature of the event, you are able to submit further questions in real time if you're not happy with the answer you received to your initial question. Now tell me why LUST should go onto loads of sites and answer the same questions time after time, when they already offer this excellent facility?
Jock, because they don't meet every week, and GC opened up this forum and others as a medium by coming on here and responding. Just don't understand the silence, the refusal to answer. As I've said before, no better than Bates ... maybe we really are morons.
Read my post again. If I was him, I'd be fed up repeating myself to individuals & small groups time & time again, especially as all of the questions had been answered beforehand and are in the public domain. If your aim is to publicly humiliate him, then do so with a wider audience on November 27th! Can't think of a good reason to resist the opportunity if you have lots of questions! Can I throw something else into this - I keep hearing of Ray Fell being the supporters 'go to' guy. What have the supporters clubs ever done for the general fanbase (apart from put on busses)? This is a genuine question, bourne out of my own personal ignorance - it's not a criticism. I've never heard of them do anything positive for us. (My apologies in advance if you guys overwhelm me with revalations).

In days gone by RF represented the views of fans in discussions with the board, in the written media and on the tele, and IMO he did so with more class than cooperman ever has, and he organises some good bus trips.
As I said, the LUST meeting is open to all, without you even getting up off your arse. You all moan about not getting questions answered - this is the ideal opportunity. Take it or just shut up & give us all peace. Failure to act will mean that you're really not interested in the answers anyway, just prefer being a vindictive keyboard warrior. I'll miss it myself as I'll be travelling to Iceland from Florida, but look forward to hearing what happened. Ok, so RF 'represented' the fans. How did the consultation process work? Never ever heard of any such process over the years, personally.
I am not interested in talking to coopers lust. I saw enough last year to know exactly what he is in it for. I don't need to ask him anymore questions. RF dealt with many peoples LUFC supporting issues right back from when it was more dangerous to follow LUFC than now. From wrongful evictions from grounds, dodgy arrests, fans hospitalised in accidents following LUFC and even a couple of fatalities. The fact you don't know all about it shows how different he is from cooperman.
