To be fair to Chappaz I enjoyed watching the goal, I am going to try the same thing tomorrow morning in the Sunday league have got pissed tonight, should be interesting as I am playing Centre Back tomorrow.

Seriously though I enjoy the banter I know other don't but the boards would be boring if we all agreed all the time.

    Lional sess it is ;)

Would have been ****ing gutting if the keeper saved it after all the work Ben Arfa put in to get to that shooting point.

There was always a chance this would happen Billy - once the initial trauma is over and you might start to feel that people don't want to hear about your loss any more and so it can seem very lonley. Now's the time to be bold and confident making proper use of your family and friends mate. The subject isn't suddenly off the table and you should feel as free to talk about how you feel with them as often as you feel.

I know in the NE we're still sometimes reticent about being too open with our feelings but it's never right to hide your grief from your true friends.

And Shameless is right about seeking some medical help too - maybe have a chat to your GP in the first instance and discuss options for you... it's not just about medication because they should be able listen to you and offer some suggestions - including councelling if your feelings continue.

Good goal that, see he took some tips from Ji Dong Won on how to skin players around the 6 yard box. Shame he'll now probably get his chance next week and look un-interested as has often been the case in his career.

Goal of the month this month is going to be dominated by the N.E. :) On football focus this week a good stat too, 7 out of 13 direct free kicks scored in the prem have been scored by the north East.

Put you on the spot time mate...

Who is the best free kick taker in the north-east?

Now many will say Larsson, and rightly so, but after that Gardner one....
