Sorry, I've been a bit of an arse for a few days now. Depression's just kicking in now I think.

Been snapping at a lot of folk lately. Not easy to be with at the moment.

I had a cousin who recently killed himself after depression, and although suicide might seem out of the question depression messes with you. Stay away from alcohol.

There was a thread on your board the other night started by a bitter Manure fan that totally ****ing infuriated me. He insulted a very good female friend of mine who is a Newcastle fan in a way I wont ever forget. Of course, I stood up for her without trying to look as though I'd bitten.

Not much else I could have done over an internet forum. I'd have loved to have had the chance to be given 20 minutes in a room with him as I'd have happily knocked his balls through his eye sockets.
