Gibbs is much more attacking. Great player don't get me wrong, but he is competing with your Fodens, Bellingham, Palmer etc. He is unlucky to be up against that lot.

I have kind of agreed with Trent but his last few performances for England in the middle have started to change my mind a little. Personally, for my midfield, I'd go Wharton and Rice behind Foden, Bellingham and Saka.

German authorities are politely asking English fans not to sing songs about WW2. Since the English have achieved nothing in nearly 60 years, I think they might struggle to get them to comply…

Ive just seen England fans calling for Southgate to be sacked and replaced before the Euros. Are people genuinely that stupid?

It was bad enough people calling for Martin to be sacked just before the play offs, but I think this might be even worse!

I know this will likely end up with me looking a fool after Germany smash Scotland 3-0 and go on to lift the trophy on home soil... but I think we could see Germany slip up tonight and really struggle for the remainder of the tournament. They've had some very dodgy results in the past 2 years and their squad isn't exactly littered with quality.

Germany have beaten the Netherlands and France this year. Scotland... have only managed to beat Gibraltar. If you are playing the squad game, the form game, the tournament history game... Scotland have zero chance.

But it is a tournament and awful Scotland might fluke something.
