So, the Euros start in 11 days on the 14th June. An overblown tournament with probably too many games, however the tournament in Germany is sure to entertain. Discuss the games here? Can England win it? Are Les Blues too good? Will Germany perform? Who is the dark horse and who will fail miserably?

    Please let me know!

    Quarters for England I'm afraid.

I also think Scotland will get to the quarters.

I have stupidly booked a flight back from a work trip to Madrid for 6pm on England's potential QF day...

England really have a great shot at winning the Euros. Think Scotland will surprise a few teams as well. It wouldn't surprise me if they beat Germany in the opening game.

Germany have beaten France and the Netherlands recently. I think they are just starting to get their act together again. Scotland won't get out of their group.

Also, Scotland have lost to N. Ireland and scraped a 2-0 vs Gibraltar. No evidence suggests they will have a good tournament.

Well, given 3 teams qualify from 4 groups I think they will.

Oh lord. Why even bother having a group stage?

That said, I think Hungary and Switzerland are better than Scotland.

Blimey, Maguire's been axed from the squad. Didn't see that coming. Grealish also gone.

Seems Maguire hasn't been deemed fit enough after his injury.

I think we will miss Maguire. Otherwise, quite an exciting team.

Palace have 4 in the squad - the most of any club!

Fair play. Kills off the suggestion that he’s just picking favourites. Maguire, Phillips, Henderson all binned.

Gordon over grealish seems mad to me.

Gordon over Rashford and Grealish is just daft.

Hmm, not sure I agree. Rashford hasn't looked arsed for absolutely ages (since he got that huge contract, weirdly) and Grealish has been struggling with injuries and lack of minutes. His total PL appearances this season add up to 10 games of minutes.

Of the 3, Gordon has clearly had a much better season. How often has Southgate been criticized for not picking the man in form? Grealish, maybe I see your point as he offers something different off the bench and draws fouls every 2 minutes. Rashford however, has been utterly **** this season. Gordon deserves to be ahead of him in the pecking order.
