Bodanki's 'high brow' reading <laugh>
Well, its been reported by several different news outlets now.
All saying the same ****.
Not saying it's gospel, but like I said, all articles claim that the 20 member states that have signed off on this are going to present an ultimatum to the remaining 8 in the next few days to sign off on this or f**k off.
So we will know in a few days, if this doesn't happen, that all this was a non starter.

This has been on the cards for the last 6 months.
The referendum was last week, and I voted leave because of this, so I heard about it before today from somewhere <laugh>
Brilliant that you voted out based on some baseless internet scare mongering.

But the remain campaign was supposedly nothing more than the politics of fear.

If you want to play semantics then go play with that Tory petersaxton, he loves a bit of it.

But your boring the **** out of me, with your pedantry. You knew fine well what I meant and what I said about us not having a defined constitution is completely correct.
You said we didn't have a constitution
You really should accept you were wrong. If you meant we didnt have a codified constitution but you knew we had a constitution you should have described it properly. It was obvious you didnt have a clue what you were talking about and had to be corrected time and time again until you realised you'd got it wrong and are now saying you meant something else to what you said.
It's pointless discussing anything with you further because you have no comprehension abilities.

Also, I know that a lot of papers have either a Tory or Anti-Eu bias.

But why report this if its false? Surely they know that if its BS, in a week or so, when this doesnt happen, they will look like ****ing morons.
Guess it wouldn't be the first time, but still.....

Baseless?
I have just provided "base".
Curious that you are so quick to dismiss this.

"It Is Not The EU Philosophy That The Crowd Can Decide Its Fate" The EU President himself said this.
He's passing his opinion on the decision to have a referendum on the issue, can't say I disagree with him.

I've read reams of ****e about federalist ideals over the years, and it's never got past the "are you on ****ing crack?" stage.

I never said that there's not a shed load of cranks within Europe and the EU mate. There's no political will for that level of federalism though, especially now ffs.

Even if that was ever even close to the agenda, do you think they'd choose now to launch it? Opportunist **** stirring imo, but we'll see.

Well, that's Ireland getting ****ed out then. As a rule in this country, any EU treaty's/Amendments to EU policy etc, must go to the public to vote on.

We've already forced changes to the original treaty's of Lisbon and Nice when rejected at the polls, and there's no way that bullshit you're linking will fly here either.

You'd put a ****ing glass eye to sleep, you pompous Tory oaf

The article is arguing that by the time that happens, the 1m people who have apparently said they wished they'd voted to remain could have risen to 5m and depending on how much of a negative effect brexit has had on the economy the appetite to invoke article 50 may have changed. The referendum was only advisory and has to be voted in parliament to be invoked.
Why do you say the referendum is "advisory" and what does that mean?

Accept reality please
After the lies you resort to insults
Just remember who won the referendum and who lost
You've just gone up in my estimations actually, as I clicked on your sig link by accident.

Nice touch <ok>

Shame you're a bean counter like, but it explains a lot ;)
