    I'm amazed how much better the English live text and print commentary is, while the audio comment is worse, maybe even much worse--and it's not like American commentators are so great. The ones I hear are insufferably pompous while repeating the same 2 1/2 cliches over and over again.

    Milner has cost two goals in two games. The open net he missed and the foul he gave away. And his terrible back pass should have made it three. I wonder what he has to do to lose his place in the line up.

    ...and Walcott, who I felt should have started in Milner's place, scores almost as soon as he sees the pitch. Though to be fair, I never would have started Carroll.
