Did once during Covid tbf ... CV and qualifications checked out... problems with alcohol (maybe more) didn't ... harder to manage remotely - got rid.

Brought in somebody else and managed the function rather successfully after - that's how it goes.
That’s great mate but being the head accountant for the tuck shop at the local youth club, isn’t comparable to leading a nation <whistle>

I wouldn't even trust him with the tuck shop tbf.

Maybe Fosse ignores obvious things when doing his job, oh that's ok let's not speak about that, and I will not ask any questions, but if it comes out I will sack you and it will not be my fault.

Nah - you have to know your stuff inside out, but at a macro / strategic level -

- you don't need to be asking whether someone is certain about the make of a single laptop within a £7 million IT capex spend proposal ... you just need to use your experience and judgement to attest that the spend will address the particular business needs at the time...

Starmer will be gone after the May elections, if Labour nose dive in them. The local elections are only just over two weeks away, so they will let the media play with the current distraction, then chop him once the results come in.

Robbins got sacked because Starmer needed to in his mind show a human sacrifice, hence why he was so quick at doing it - and taking actions which were breaking the rules in not notifying Parliament at the earliest opportunity.

Did Starmer know about Mandelson and Epstein before the appointment of course he did. Lee Anderson and Sultana were right, he's a bare face liar. Mandelson just proved the system is still as corrupt as it ever was.

In 2009, while Starmer was DPP, the CPS decided not to prosecute Savile, a decision later found to have been a failure, though investigation reports indicated Starmer was not personally involved in the decision.

He of all people should have foresight from past events, sadly he has learned nothing. Those alarm bells should have been ringing loud and clear, appointing such a controversial sacked twice individual.

Robbins has said there was a dismissive approach, and once again we are blasé about the predatory behaviours of those that walk the corriders of power, especially those of a person who went by the nickname of Princess of Darkness.

'Now then, now then,' 'guys and gals,' thank you for your attention to this matter...

The Epstein "limk" wasn't considered a particular risk factor by the security services presumably as Mandy is bent as a nine bob note <whistle> more his reputation is so poor there was always a danger of something new coming out .
He reminds me of a certain ex Prince in that he is always looking for a very rich person to sponge off

Exactly use your experience and judgement, and have the ability to seek out information and ask relevant questions so that correct decisions are made.

Archers summed it up - we needed a smarmy bum licker to massage the ego of the the thick egotistical megalomaniac on the other side of the pond - and we needed them quickly - somebody already in the same reach around social circles - nobody else fitted the bill (not Clinton - but who knows?) better than Mandy the Leach ...

It all bollox really - my own opinion is that they shouldn't have touched Mandy with a barge pole - but I can see why they did

- if Starmer had gone for some relative unknown he'd have got flack over here for overlooking the obvious 'most qualified' and Trump would also not have been that impressed (IMHO) by us not providing him (as opposed to the US) with a 'heavyweight name' to reflect his own view of his importance on the world stage...

This is scary stuff. They now want to banish people from society that hold different views to his own.

Ironically, very Hitleresque
Something really creepy about that guy. Can't put it any stronger than that for fear of getting arrested lol
I have still no idea what he stands for apart from ‘Hope not hate’, to me that means he has no idea what he’s doing or what direction he would take the country in.

They aren’t racist bigots, though. That’s nice to hear but he can’t speak about how he would solve the border crisis or deal effectively with the cost of living. Just they are not bigots, but that isn’t going to solve any of our problems. He also has all the weirdos following him who ironically seem to be the most intolerant and aggressive people about.

Exactly mate, those that ask for tolerance seem amongst the angriest folk around.
