How are Labour doing after their first 12 months

Migrants who come in over the next two months from Friday 23rd Jan, look likely to be taken into Ramsgate, while works are carried out in Dover.

Then transferred to Manston for processing.

Ramsgate is the designated back up port anyway.

This won`t last long mate, the last time we tried it some ****ing do gooder complained that the houses hundreds of squaddies and their familys had lived in for years were not good enough for illegals.

Bit like the food not being good enough in the free hotel accommodation now.
The gaslighting from her is shameless

People don't want them just out of hotels ffs they want them out of the country full stop.

Obviously when the time comes and labour and the media keep blabbering on about the hotels being emptied and spinning it like it means they've left the UK I have a feeling not many are gonna fall for it.

Speaking of media, I caught it news yesterday and noticed a dramatic change in the language used in regards to the migrants going to the barracks.

Definitely a more negative tone than I'm used to seeing

Removing the incentives by changing where we house and feed them for free.
Bout as sound a plan as kiers 300 in and 1 out deal

Also... Is it wise to house hundreds and thousands of taliban/isis fighters in army barracks across the land?

I just hope the armoury is padlocked

Make yer ****ing mind up!

... and yes, the prospect of sharing a bunkhouse with 20 other blokes (and heightened surveillance) is almost certainly going to be less appealing than a hotel room to those contemplating coming across the channel ...

... and there are no weapons there ffs... <doh>

None of this is true though is it?

I made my mind up about this invasion ages ago mate keep up,

I said when they declared they'd rid the hotels of freeloaders that some idiots would take it as good news (hi you btw) when In fact it's not solving anything it's just moving the problem somewhere else at 3am no less, barracks, hmos, social housing. Only fools think this is a step in the right direction.

Get them fuking gone the day they arrive, better still, stop them arriving here in the first place, that's the fuking incentive we need. Simple as.

20 man to a free bunk in a free country getting free food and heathcare for free is still nicer than some 3rd world ****hole from which they came.

Brexit benefits just keep rolling in.

I was one of the ones that advocated the use of barracks on here in the past, and I still believe that is better than hotels for fighting age men. Not children. As I understand it, children have always been treated separately anyway.

The conditions in the barracks should be modified/refurbished and I believe that is what was going to happen. I suspect it will be dormitory style and again for men I find that acceptable, especially if you are coming here for safety.

Everyone in those barracks should have come here for reason of refuge and I would expect them to be tolerant and welcoming of their room mates. The mindset within those barracks can be used as demonstration for how you behave when your claim is accepted.

Any acts of criminal behaviour should result in immediate removal from the country, and this should be made clear to the asylum seekers.

I don't know if they will be allowed any time out of the barracks, doubt it, but if they are it is their opportunity to demonstrate they are a citizen to be welcomed. No large groups of men should be in the local streets, use commonsense and go out in small groups.

No children should be going in barracks, and I'm not talking some 22 year old posing as a 15 year old. Anyone 12 and under certainly should not be going in them - they need to be kept with their parents, so obviously there will be adult exceptions to the rules.

The latter sentence there will leave the rules open to abuse, and I'm not sure how officials deal with that.

Hotels should never have been used. I Can point fingers, but it doesn’t solve the problem we have due to that decision.

We can copy Australia when it comes to stopping kids going on the internet but can’t copy theme when they tell Chinese men on boats to **** off or get blown out of the water

I saw a news article the other day, chatting to kids who seemed to suggest the barriers to social media were easy to navigate round...so it seems the Aussies also have problems keeping people out. <whistle><laugh>

This restriction/banning is to get the platform owners to better police the service the provide.

See how quickly musk backed down when highlighting Grok was being used to produce indecent images of women and children.

I'm not sure that's true though is it, banning kids does not make platforms improve their service, it evicts them from the service, no matter who is supplying it, Australia is a blanket ban, because no matter how much they improve they are still banned.

I don't like kids on here and would do anything to deter them, it does not mean though this site would be better policed as a result of banning kids, other than morally of course.

With the woman murdered in her car and now this guy murdered on the street, if either of these had been a black person Minneapolis would be burning right now. Although residents are gathering so there is chance yet for it to kick off tonight their time.

Looks like a 6 hour time difference.
