Dya reckon these folk look at a name like Axel Rudakubana and think "****ing Welshman"

I expect to hear "send him back to Ghana!" or whatever.

speaking of, we still doing those flights to Rwanda?

First thing I thought when I saw the name was of the childs story rumpelstiltskin (not the movie) <laugh>

Weird story for kids, looking back now...

The title character is a mysterious gnomelike man who spins straw into gold for the benefit of a beautiful miller's daughter, in exchange for her future firstborn child. The little man reappears to demand his payment when the young woman, now the queen, bears her first child.

The commonly agreed-upon "Rumpelstiltskin"'s moral is that one should not let oneself be consumed by greed, lying, or boasting, as these are all vices. The initial problem in the story occurs when the miller lies to impress the king, boasting that his daughter can spin gold out of straw.

I know from twitter there was a protest being planned in Liverpool for tomorrow....when I say a protest, I mean more thugs planning to gather at another mosque. Probably why Starmer is speaking now. Going to use facial recognition.

Fairy stories were the horror stories of their day, it's only much later they became children's stories.
