It's not really cockiness when Chelsea have, at least over the past years, been strong finishers. I've also thought that if Torres can start scoring for you then you can easily go on a devastating run.
Tottenham, in contrast, have a history of tripping themselves up - recent example the Wolves game followed by our unlucky defeat at the hands of City (where a point would've been fair but there you go - we lost end of story). Our win last night at Wigan was critical in my opinion in terms of team morale, especially ahead of our tough run of games coming up.
If the teams were level points, the neutral would, irregardless of current form, put money on Chelsea (this is why Chelsea are favourites for the FA Cup despite league position behind Spurs).
However, with 15 games to go, we do have a 7 point gap over you and, at present, a 13 point gap over the never-predictable Arsenal. Whether those gaps are enough to secure, ideally, 3rd or 4th remains to be seen.
