I agree. It's almost as distasteful as a poster, with a moderator standing, mixing it in the middle. And

Do you feel hurt?

I look to PLT for something sensible on football; it rarely comes. He has set himself up as a Trust man; I try and keep away from that, as I think he is a poor representative.

But as a moderator, going back to my point - why not tidy it up, rather than argue the toss? We have been told, time and again, that's the way it is best done and, therefore, has been done. We accept that; often to keep the peace.

That has **** all to do with what he is entitled to post and you are pathetic in making it seem it does.

Cheap shot. You redefine ****ing shabby.

Jesus wept. It's another one of 'those' threads! Why are you this wound up about there being a thread highlighting a couple of recent errors made by Jakupovic? I don't think he's been that bad, but even I can see a few semi-mistakes creeping in.

Let's be honest, you're not remotely bothered about the number of threads, you're just bothered that someone is pointing out something slightly negative about someone you clearly like, in Jakupovic. You've found yourself on a rant and a roll and don't know how to stop.

Chill mate.

Another of your infrequent, but also ill informed posts.

Read my first post, on the Jakupovic thread, and you might understand that it is not about one random thread. Have you read the 'Dodgey' thread? Have you read the same poster peppering his inane comments wherever he can?

There seems to be a trend to exaggerate events, ignore reality and grow dissatisfaction with our current in-form GK. This at a critical time for the team. Why?

It's obvious you have not read the backdrop to this (or probably choose to ignore it), but just seen it as another opportunity to have a dig at me. Fine, whatever turns you on, Benjo.

I'm not on a rant, or a roll, and I also recognise a ****er when he posts. I'm not your mate, Benjo; you're far to judgemental.

As a matter of interest, do you think Jak deserves all of the targeted negativity he gets on here?

By the way, I am not that wound up, I made an obsevation and a minor criticism, it is you who has jumped in; I'm simply replying to you. <ok>

So just to be clear, it's a disgrace that Chazz and Askew posted negative threads about our current number 1 keeper, but when it was constant threads about our number 1 keeper at the time that was OK because Fez and Syd agreed with them?
It's a disgrace to make threads when we're winning games and doing well. Clearly when we're doing poorly but things aren't changing people will get frustrated about clearly deficient players.

I hate moderators being told what they should or shouldn't post, just because they're moderators, well ****ing shabby.
He didn't tell plt what to post, he told him to merge threads.

The sheer laziness on here whenever something gets criticized, and people are told "If you don't like it, ignore it." the only thing mods seem to do is thread ban the posters people don't like.

I didn't.

Why do we need two threads criticising a player? You're a ****ing Moderator so why not mergethem as is the usual standard?

I asked him a question. The question was based on precedent; the tone was appropriate to his post.

The response, from OLM, was poor and inappropriate; but not particularly surprising; it never is.

The tone wasn't appropriate for anything, you had a rant about him being a '****ing moderator' who was 'posting ****e'.

The personal insults on this thread have been all yours pal.

The tone reflects his attempts to misrepresent events. It's a constant and unnecessary theme. Just as your input is neither warranted or measured.

There were no personal insults, just expressions of frustration at his constant inability to discuss things in context, or to tidy up instead of being critical.

If I wished to use personal insults in day-to-day posts, then I would not go amiss in emulating your own frequent examples, pal. (What an internet bairn you are. <laugh> )

PLT has continually made snide digs about people not liking threads attacking Jakupovic and singled Fez and myself out, I'm not entirely sure Fez is the 'only one' making personal insults.

What is a semi-mistake? Is it something less than perfect? Out of all of the games, all over the world, how many do you think had a perfect game?

Or is a semi-mistake nothing more than something people look for to create blame when there really isn't any?

A mistake that doesn't result in us conceding is basically what I meant, a keeper palming the ball towards an oppo striker or someone giving the ball away under no pressure. They're fine until they cost you points.

I don't think Jakupovic is in form at the moment to be honest. Not to say some of the goals conceded were his fault, but there have been a couple conceded recently where he might have done better and prevented a goal. For me his distribution has been getting worse and worse. Seems to overhit kicks towards the touchlines so they go straight out and underhit kicks down field giving it straight to their attacking midfielders to advance with.

As for targeted negativity, I think people call it as they see it. There have been a few over the course of the season who have had a bit of a bashing; Hernandez, Marshall, Mason, Mbokani, Elmo, Jakupovic, Diomande, Markovic, Grosicki and probably others too.

I don't think anybody is ignoring reality. It's purely down to perspective and opinion, hence the forum. And on that note I haven't read the other thread, or if I have I certainly haven't made note of it. I do post infrequently yes, I don't have the time available like others clearly have but that shouldn't put me off from posting should it?

I love the fact that I'm judgemental though, despite you making a judgement about me in the same paragraph and on a thread where you've tried to nail moderators to the wall.

Your observation and minor criticism has been going on for a few pages now and I did jump in yes, when you post infrequently you kind of have to.
