There are some lovely old buildings in the Grand Place, the cathedral is nice and there's a cracking waffle shop in a street just off the Grand Place. Traffic is a nightmare though.

See, if they'd been called Bruges sprouts, everyone would adore them!

I have to agree, KIO, a roast meal without them and roasted parsnips is surely a half-arsed effort?
