Me thinks DM would make a good politician![]()
he would be an improvementhe would be an improvement
Joking aside, I think he's actually very consistent and straightforward - he simply doesn't give wishy washy answers. He sticks to his guns, which are:
(1) Delia and Co. are good owners (they are, after all, his bosses).
(2) The performances need to improve.
(3) We need to get promotion.
(4) The fans are perfectly entitled to voice their dismay.
All of which (perhaps with some tentativity over (1)) I agree with.
Our fans' obsession with billionaire buyers and McNally's bonus is all a bit pathetic though.
So yes we've learnt nothing new, but I remain firmly in support of this guy.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE- No foreign owners.
Speaking personally, I would rather stay fairly much as we are than have wealthy foreign owners!!![]()
Do we want to stay as we are yo-yoing between the divisions never winning **** all ? Or sell our souls to the devil and have the club establish itself in the EPL possibly winning a cup or two and qualifying for European football .....................Hmm ?![]()
Anyone heard these rumours that were mentioned about the yank; Tony Pergola? Not saying I would want him to invest in/ buy the club. Just it's rare for a rumour like that to not have got even a slight mention on here?
Bah!

We are owned and managed no differently than if by a wealthy foreign owner apart from one thing, she has no money.
We have one person majority, just like a wealthy foreigner. I swear if a foreigner had of been in charge when we were nearly bankrupted again they would of been hounded out instead of a sainthood.
I just do not get this xenophobic no foreigner, sell our souls, remain small, don't change or progress. How dare these foreigner invest there own money in our clubs to make us successful. Who do they think they are?
Some of you are so narrow minded, its pathetic and embarrassing and quite frankly no wonder we are thought of across the country as little Norwich.
No ambition or imagination.
Some of us still retain some of the old, and possibly old-fashioned, values of football, where the idea was to play your way to success, not buy your way there, got nothing to do with being narrow minded in the slightest. Wealthy owners have, for the most part, no interest in the club they take over, and are only in it for what they can get out of it, and if they suddenly see that they can get more somewhere else, then they´ll be the first to bugger off, ours thankfully, will never do that.

i can see both sides but nobody can argue that foreign ownership has been a bad thing for the game! the likes of abramovich or sheik monseur have been hugely successful and transformed both their clubs!!! i don't think they feel any differently about their clubs than delia does about ours. they have their best interests at heart (perfectly illustrated by the new city training complex). ok, we won't ever get to their level and yes, there have been many examples where foreign ownership has been a terrible decision, pompey spring immediately to mind, but equally there have been just as many poor british owners! i take on board that it is is nice to have a fan as owner, or somebody local at least - but i get the feeling delia and co may be the last line of local owners of norwich city. times have changed and we will have to roll with them.
Sorry KIO (and I'm sure others would agree with you!!), but yes!!!!!
