I think it's best not to get hung up on the history of teams, and which clubs are 'bigger'. And it's good if anyone supports their local club (in whatever way they feel fit), and that's really the main thing. History should be something that is made rather than held onto like a crutch.
You think we've spent more time near the top level than the bottom level?
Defo nob head comment - especially as (I believe) Scunthorpe beat us time we played cometitively at the KC. Think it was 2-0 to them or maybe 2-1. Think it was the beginning of the Pearson defend at all costs mentality.
Am sure OLM will correct me if I am wrong!
Correct![/QUOTE]"spesupersydera, post: 8862707, member: 1027468"]Hmmm ....... methinks there's been a lot of nibbles at some most luminous bait?
We've spent more time at the level Bury are at and below than were we've been for the last 5 or 6 years you ****ing dipshit.

We've spent more of our history in the second tier than we have at any other level.
there's![]()
pratNow get back to playing the likes of Scunthorpe, theirs a good boy
I am sorry, but I do not think there is a doubt, offside.

As for the penalty, Hussey gave Aluko a shove. That's all it takes. I have watched it several times and I find it hard to believe that anyone could have a doubt, easy penalty, maybe, but, that is how it is, soft or nailed on, it really would not make a difference.

I think that the spirit shown by your team was great and there is no shame in this loss. Hull City supporters generally have a lot of respect for clubs who have been close to folding. We have also had a home stand sold to away supporters, 5000 plus Bradford supporters and 3700 of ours.
Good luck for the rest of the season.
True. Fast asleep.Terrible defending the offside incident. Un marked by a couple of metres a few yards out. Lucky
Oh my god Sterling, how slack of me. I apologise unreservedly, I really should have known...You cum quaffing arsecunt! That was for Bengals to correct! I even made up a new spelling! Gah! I'm not even going to whoosh you, I'm too angry.
You people, honestly.
At the KC Scunny scored in the last few minutes just after James Harper had missed an open goal . That defeat left us close to the bottom of the Championship , how times change . We battered them at their place , they got relegated and we just missed a playoff spot .They beat us 1-0, we then went to their place and beat them 5-1.
2 season ago we were 2 days from extinction at the bottom of div 2 so I'm quit happy at this moment in time thanks ;-)
17 years ago we were more than half a dozen points adrift in 92nd place. we've had as many winding-up orders against us as anyone, especially in the 1990s.burnley and swansea have come close to dropping out of the league in the last 20 years. all three have since reached the premier league. better times may be just around the corner.
