It's interesting that two people can watch the same game and come away with completely different impressions of a player, or the game as a whole. I have seen Lopes have good games (I have chosen him as MoM). I rate him as a player. Saturday was not one of them. What I saw was someone that ran around a lot without ever threatening to tackle anyone, or block anyone. When he did have the ball his passing was at best variable.

While I think young Lopes is going to be a decent player with time and experience, he does have a habit of dwelling on the ball too long and then having to rush his passing which at time's was a little bit on the wayward side.
