Following a review of Derby County’s Profitability and Sustainability (P&S) submissions, the EFL has charged the Club for recording losses in excess of the permitted amounts provided for in EFL Regulations for the three-year period ending 30 June 2018.

The Club will now be referred to an independent Disciplinary Commission, which will hear representations from both the EFL and Derby County.

As these matters are now subject to proceedings, the EFL will be making no further comment at this time.

Fingers crossed FC Giganticus go the same way, and fingers crossed that they both get ****ed over too, points deductions and transfer bans. No point having rules if **** houses try to get round it

About ****ing time.

throw the book at them charge them £1bn for being ****s. Or forfeit the fine and hang draw and quarter Mel Morris.

Just looked at the Massive forum, always good for a giggle to lift the spirits.... seems they may be in trouble under the EFP rules too. Does anyone know about this. They're talking about taking the points deduction (21 mentioned in places) and starting afresh again next season....

Looks like the Drama's could be getting sucked in to a scandal due to their owner.

In case anyone wondered what the value of justice is, it's £1,000,000.

The FA has closed an investigation into allegations that Liverpool employees hacked into Manchester City's scouting system.

The FA asked both Premier League clubs for information concerning the matter, with Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards and staff members Dave Fallows and Julian Ward alleged to have hacked into a player database used by City.

It was alleged the login belonging to Manchester City scout Rob Newman was illicitly used by Liverpool staff on hundreds of occasions between June 2012 and February 2013.

However, due to the age of the allegations and the FA saying the matter was the subject of a £1m settlement between the clubs, the investigation will not go further unless new information comes to light.

Start next, whenever, if ever, it starts with a 21 point, penalty.
