delusion

It's a psychological state of affairs mate.

If there were 2 teams below us and we had one more to catch, who were only 4 points away from us, we'd feel better .... being bottom just feels worse.

There are so many relegation candidates playing each other that they'll all drop points and we have 7 of them to play at home.

Bollocks to it, there's loads of the season left and some truly **** teams. Palace had a little run and so can we, it'll chop & change 'til the last day.

Dear Sunderland Fans,

I’m disappointed, I was expecting more from the team.

We've used excuses before because we've been playing top teams at the Stadium of Light, but we were not good enough to win today.

There’s no place to hide.

I don’t care about the other results, we need to be looking after ourselves.

The easy part, from a manager’s point of view, is defending. Being organised is something that the players have been putting plenty of effort and understanding into.

The situation that we are in, we are all involved. Of course there are players with different characters and on the day they can do better and they know that.

It was a very disappointing day.

All the best,
Gus Poyet

That's a real possibility due to the other rubbish down at the bottom

i get us surviving based on that, i can see another 25 points in us, it started yesterday, fancy another point at cardiff, **** all at everton becuase they are class and 3 points v villa, that should see us almost if not out of the bottom three

We've just beaten Chelsea, drawn 2 away with clean sheets and picked up a home point while the likes of Palace & Fulham were battered.

It's not that bad mate and we have more money available than all of the other teams at the bottom.

The Cardiff manager's 'honeymoon period' is over, the Cardiff manager is about to be booted out and Fat Sam is looking very wobbly.

I'm looking at flights & fixtures and proud to be part of the optimists who'll cheer us till the end.

what do mean hes proved nothing ,you are not taking on board what the /my issue is are you ,if these points are nailed on for us why is the manager saying different things to you, this was the first must win at home game out of what is called the among you fixtures we have coming up,we didnt lose so if we now get a point at everton it nearly makes up for that, again its our situation in reverse they must be thinking safc at home a win for us ,do you see what im saying bri

This where you're really pissing me off Stu, I did not say points were nailed on! You're making it up. Wind your ****ing neck in mate.

You addressed me with this

why would i want to work with you on your till, the point i was making was its crazy to dismiss other sides you consider rubbish ,they to are fighting for survival and just because we are at home are not going to roll over as easy as you think, you have been saying for weeks we will now start to pick up points because we have these sides you consider worse than us coming to thesol ,a point isnt a disaster and i thought we would win 3-1 was my prediction, who knows away at the toffees a draw maybe ?

And I said that.

did i say you .....no

You pretty much were. If not me, have the balls to say who you mean. Thought you were in the forces so why are you being such a coward?

He's stopped quoting me when he addresses me to try and worm his way out and cause confusion. It's not working.

I always back up what I've said ........ if you don't then you're simply a wum I'm sorry to say.

All the backtracking & smokescreening in the world can't alter that.

I think Stu's just letting Captain Morgan speak on his behalf tbh <laugh>
