Here we go again, is it not possible to get through a thread without someone having a pop at someone else and the thread meandering way off topic?
Vendetta? What exactly are you basing that spacious comment on? To me recollection I've never had an issue with you but when your first contribution on a thread is to call another member a 'twat', then I find that completely unnecessary.
A "twat" eh? Well that's me going to hell. Are you for real, seriously??? Let me put it plainly. COL takes it upon himself to start a thread every week and tell everyone exactly what he thinks about every player. 99% of us don't do this but I suppose he's entitled. This week he goes one further, highlighting his opinions in bold and Capitalizing the rest, which is basically the text form of shouting. I find that behaviour and his behaviour in general to be of a bullying nature. "You listen to me because I'm always right and you'd better agree". If you don't believe me, just try disagreeing with any of his match reports and you'll soon find that COL doesn't respond well to people of a differing opinion. I don't appreciate bullies and I believe that is what he is. If you don't like that, then you can swivel because trust me, COL is not all what he appears out on this main forum. There's more to him than meets the eye, believe me. So there you go, make of that what you will. Of course I'll probably be hounded off the Site again for making my feelings clear but that's par for the course on here. I only hope Oddball doesn't go the same way because they're rounding on him now like a pack of hyenas. Goodnight.
It shows how bad it is when eve you are this way, you constantly had a go at me for months for saying gthe exact same things. Don't forget the 14 or so players out of contract in the summer so we will need to buy 60% of a whole squad yet again. Its soul destroying stuff watching redknapp screw us up both on and off the pitch. He's one ofthe worst ever managers we've had when you take into account that her one of the top 20 highest paid managers in the world, he gets more than the manager of Spain.
Yes, Col is very opinionated but why bother starting off like that? If he wants to start a thread then fine - someone has to! No, of course I don't think you're going to hell but I'd prefer to see you knock Col down (if that's what you want) with a different opinion than setting off with something that's likely to get you into a row.
Guys, take a deep breath and lay off Swords, he's done nothing wrong here. Col is already struggling tonight with the realization that we're being led by Dumb & Dumber and that he can't chastise me for that term of reference to the 2 incompetents.
I think that's a bit over the top. I think we've simply had differing views on the matter! Your views, in my opinion, often represent quite an extreme statement. It's not just HR, TF is ultimately responsible for the direction of the Club.
You're right of course Husky. I said people ranting only sound like twats and then I started ranting myself Its no excuse but my head's just a bit melted after watching that sh*te as I'm sure was COL's when he started this thread. He'll hate me saying this but I think we're quite alike, him and I. Cheers Danish too, appreciate what you've both said lads. I'm logging off for a few days before I get in deep sh*t again. All the best for the new year guys.
Really? We've known all season that we are light up front. But Charlie Austin kept scoring and giving 110% so we suspended our disbelief. Redknapp chose to go for every midfielder and defender he could lay his hands on. We even loaned out our two kids. And yet we are to believe that Harold will sort this out in January? But why? After all he has his old magician back. No not Taarabt. A real team player. None other than Bobby Zamora. All the back up we'll need. Why oh why do we need to be behind and played off the park for him to have to remind them that you get nothing in this life without trying. I thought we'd turned that corner at Blackpool. As this thread has degenerated into farce, my final observation is that the second half of the season is now upon us. We have played everybody now except for Watford. Those teams that showed us respect and allowed us to keep the ball and make pretty patterns and records of the number of passes we could get away with will have now learned the lesson that the way to beat us is to get in our faces and to go for it. After all what use is 75% possession and twenty attempts on goal if they only need to score one to stand a good chance of getting something out of the game. We will not get anywhere near our goal by playing as negatively as we have done. For the first time this season Redknapp is under pressure. His purchases in January and his tactics for the rest of the season will be critical. Those of us who are critical of him and have not yet donned the rose-tints will not need to call for his head if he continues to pick players who are underperforming and/or are clearly not match fit. He will seal his own fate.
Just read this entire thread. Classic case of post match frustration venting on each other here. It was an awful performance, and highlighted some major problems with the team, but not with anyone on here. I enjoy reading the post match opinions and ratings, but surely this should lead to debate about the ratings and deliberation over what went wrong. All to often, it ends up with comments said that shouldn't be said and words spoken in anger. Let's just all agree, today was very poor, frustrating, and we all feel let down. Don't let that turn into a bitching session with each other.
I really do think that a lot of us need to take a few deep breaths and calm down. It's all too easy to let out our frustrations out, and doing it on here I can appreciate, this site is an easy outlet for this. But what everyone must try to do is not get over personal and use other posters views as a vehicle for our frustrations about QPR. We all have differing views and opinions about what's right and what's wrong. All I ask is that you respect that all of our posters have different views and discuss all things pertaining to the team and their performances with this in mind.
Well said Dave, thank you. You could of written my response to tonight's shenanigans for me and saved me the trouble. See above

Goodnight.[/QUOTE] Swords I've met Col now on a few occasions and I can inform you with absolute certainty that he is a gent. If you read back through the history of this forum you'll see that Col and I don't always agree but he bleeds blue and white and that's good enough for me. I'm still awaiting our first meet.
Now that peace has broken out, let's resume the debate. For me the 'awful problems' are obvious and responsibility ultimately rests with the manager who has built this team. I want to see some change in attitude, formation, tactics and an ability to find good players at other clubs who have not previously played for our Harold. Does he/ do we not have a scouting network that extends beyond the old boys club and Tottenham reserves? A friend of mine said to me that as long as we got results it didn't matter how we played and that we would walk this league and everybody tells me, especially the commentators at our games, that Redknapp will sort it out. I hope they are all spot on.
Reality check!! Calm down people, it's nearly half way through the season and we are three points off the top, yes we have been poor the last few games, no we haven't been firing on all cylinders yet but we are still in touch and the transfer window is due to open, we only have one fit(currently not) striker and the board know this, we won't get messi but hopefully we will get someone half decent. Most of you moaners had us down for mid table in the pre season and would have bitten my hand off if I offered you where we are now, we are Qpr and we never do it the easy way, try and get behind the team instead of on their backs and the players might even give a s@*t, with the attitude of the fans at the moment it's no wonder the way they play!
