Perspective ... Wilfrid Ndidi made the most tackles of any player in the EPL last year ... he is first choice for his country and represented them at the recent World Cup ... he is reportedly attracting interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe ... he's younger than Jack Grealish ...

So, he’s basically a defensive midfielder? That’s not Grealish’s game.

The rest is irrelevant

A guy on Sky said the Grealish move is definitely not happening this window as its too late to replace him.

Looked an honest type, no reason to think he was lying.

Someone might want to let Hiag know. I don't have the heart to tell him.

Meh.

I'm at home with a bottle of Jim Beam.

I was thinking of stripping down to my pants, kicking back on one of the sofas, and scratching my balls for an hour.

It's difficult to be too disgruntled under those kind of circumstances, mate.

City: Jesus played more games than Aguero. They both know they'll play a lot and get paid tons.
Arsenal: Lacazette was bought for big money, flopped and Aubameyang was brought in to replace him. It's been less than a year.
Liverpool: Ings? Played about a game a year since he signed.
Utd: Accurate. Also Martial, for now. Rashford's versatility helps a lot.
Chelsea: Morata flopped and he was replaced by Giroud, while Batshuayi got loaned out.

Ing?? I think we could stretch to him. Although we’ve got Llorente,

Chelsea, I’d put those two the other way around,

Rashford isn’t a striker.

Jesus was one for the future as Aguero is now 30.

Aubamayang and Lacazette frequently play together. Although Auba was bought to replace Lacazette.

Trying to find a decent, reliable striker who’s happy to sit on the bench is not easy, for any club.

Lacazette started well and then carried an injury. Looks sharp now though. Aubameyang is a better striker, but like I said, I'm more than happy with those two as main and back up striker. They can even play together.

When Kane's out we change our formation, we play a false 9 where Son and Alli share the striking duties but also keep to their AM roles.

Hit ten goals in three games while Kane was out last season, inlclduing beating Chelsea away (which Kane returned in - after we'd hit the three goals).

Season before we beat Man City, Middlesbrough, Burnley and one or two others when Kane was out as well. Think Son his about 4 goals in that period.

Back up strikers just don't seem to work for us as they can't seem to emulate the way Kane plays in any way. That's why our AMs step up as they already know the system and what to do. If we're to use an actual back up striker, our best bet is to probably throw Kazaiah Sterling in, our young academy striker.
