I'm too lazy to skip back a page on my phone .. But how did a graham page turn into a prozzy debate? Please don't tell me people said we shouldn't have brought graham in because we already have prozzy? Hope not as I will weep
 
He's a lightweight who can't get more than two inches off the ground and I've not seen that much technical ability either(though he did look much better against Cardiff).

He might come good, but there's little sign of it so far, I think he'll be like Folan and he'll probably only score two next season.

I think I may have started it when I suggested Graham or Prozzy (atm) would get the no.9 shirt.

It managed to somehow turn into this.

It is nice to have a manager where in the year and a bit he's been here collectively we've only really looked at one signing and thought "WTF are we doing?". There's others, like Prossy where we've looked back and thought it wasn't such a good move but there's not been any where everybody has thought it at the time of the signing.
 
I think all the signing have been good, and SB has carefully put the jigsaw together without braking the bank. I like Graham, and I think with a good run in the team, which will boost his confidence, with the right players around him, he will do a good job for us.
 
Graham is the type of player who needs to feel wanted. If the fans and players make him feel welcome I think he will deliver.

Unless that's an echo of a previous post you made no. It's the kind of headline the Millwall reporter for the local rag has been waiting for all his life.
 
On the Prossy debate, I agree he does look light weight for a relatively tall guy. However strikers are paid to score, and to be fair with his game time, which has been limited he does know where the goal is. Apart from the bloody penalty missed against Cardiff, which gave us all near nervous breakdowns.

I think he'll do ok. His technical ability is pretty good from what I have seen. I watched again last night the final game v Cardiff and his deft touch for the first goal was great, probably the only connection he could have made to beat the keeper.

He won the penalty (he didn't convert) but he got goal side to cause the defender to man handle him. It's all about opinions, but I've seen enough to think he could be a success this season.

I agree - but it's up to him to take his chance when he gets it. I think having seen him play he'd be better at operating around the edge of the goal area and having shots from distance. His shots seem pretty hard and accurate, rather than **** around, bang, goal. I think that should be how he operates.
 
My parents are from Hull but moved to South Wales many years ago, now as a Swansea city supporter I also take an interest in Hull City's fortunes. I can't help but notice that there are many negative vibes on this thread regarding Danny Graham. For me and most Swansea City supporters the loss of Danny graham was a big blow they were singing his name right up to the time he left. He had some personal problems last season that was obviously affecting his game, he also suffered with illness. When he returned around the Xmas period he was quickly back in his stride scoring a few goals. I was surprised that he failed to score for Sunderland, but have no doubts about his qualities and ability.he will score for you there's no doubting it in fact I believe he will be into double figures before the end of the season. When we play you this season I for one will be concerned about what he may do against us. His positional play and reading of the game is exceptional. I'll be back next spring to say "I told you so".
