I was told they were giving BOUGG a spin on the flat a few weeks. They think he is hugely well in but that only applies if you believe his flat form will have improved to be the equal of his hurdling/chase form. He runs off 60 I believe and he was beaten off that when with Julie Camacho. Another negative for me is that he came back unsound when down the field in the Pertemps. Two injuries later you have to ask if he will run to his best hurdles form or his best flat form. I know they are quietly confident but for me it really doesn't represent value. Especially as Emma Lavelle has forgotten where the winners enclosure is these last eighteen months!
As for BEN CEE PEE M I really cant tell you much about him now as he has moved yards. He is a bit of a monkey though!
 
Cheers stick appreciate the information, I'll have a look again tomorrow and see what prices are on offer, might leave alone if too short, I don't bet big stakes so not usually worth me backing at short prices I don't usually touch them if below 3/1 unless I have them in accumulators
 
been out with the family all day down the parade in Worthing so haven't had a bet but well done to all on the boards who have cleared up today I do like to see those bookies getting bashed. hope all have had a good bank holiday ;)
 
Tough one to call that NASS. I like FORSTER STREET as I think he some scope to improve unlike several of the others but its close between him and VALANTINO OYSTER for me who won the level 12 days ago and could be on a good mark. I will go with the McCoy factor but only narrowly.
The bumper should be a penalty kick for MUTANAWWER.
 
wouldn't mind the forums thoughts on the 7:15 southwell. Quite like lilly white but going to hold out for a bigger price i think.

One I do like at a big price is Chez Vrony - hes back to his preferred surface and his last two runs on this surface he has improved with every run off a winnable mark and at his 16/1 he is a worth a small e/w investment but its hard to see past the Ruth Carr runner- won here lto and altho up in the weights looks have had abit in hand when winning and the C&D and surface seems to bring the best out in him!

I would take the Carr horse on, very low race it won last time. I quite like the Henry Candy horse, Byron's seem to go on the surface and its very unexposed.

Lilly White looks very good on breeding, Speightstown has a really good record as a sire at Southwell, wouldn't put you off her, whilst Coach Montana is another bred to love the surface, being by Proud Citizen who boasts another brilliant sire record at Southwell.


My money would be on Coach Montana, who has won over the trip, from a higher mark and should in theory relish a visit to Southwell. However having stall 1, I won't be backing her because if you don't get out of stall 1 well, you will be in a wall of kickback.
