What was Siraj thinking? Oh well, a good win for England in the last over when it looked like the chance had gone. Thanks Siraj!

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.....

Possible the finest win in India..... Until now India had never lost a home test when they had a 1st innings lead of 100 or more.....

Hold my hand up..... my post about doing well to make India bat again on day 2 hasn't aged well....

Now just need the R's to do the business...

Most of us agreed mate.
Stunning win.
Kholi will no doubt make a difference though.

Sensational win, and probably our best under Stokes and McCullum. Pope's innings one of tge best I've seen, and without doubt his best. For Hartley to overturn what happened to him in the 1st innings was quite remarkable and will surely set him up for a great England career. To tell the truth I'm in shock at what I've seen, never saw it coming at all ! Added to it that the Aussies lost to the Windies and its been a great day, so far ! Marvelous

**** the football, I'm going to try to forget today's ****show and glory in England's fantastic win in India. An utterly brilliant performance.

Hopefully there'll be a highlights show to enjoy later.

Cheers mate. I actually watched the remainder of England's innings (I set my alarm for 4am like a proper saddo) and saw most of India's innings post-tea, so I only really missed lunch till tea, when I went back to sleep. So much to be encouraged about by this performance.

Thanks for that. What a shame the ground was half empty. There was every chance that India would win and still they didn’t turn up. The IPL really is killing the format.

There were 28,000 there on day 4.
The test was quite well attended.
