Greaves - defended well, never stopped trying to get forward.

Ingram - important saves in 1st half kept us in the game

McLoughlin - looked very assured coming on at h-t. Surely worth a longer run as part of a back three.

Greaves
Mcloughlin (why is that the first we've seen of him in forever)

Cannon was abysmal, Emannuel poor.... McCann an abomination.

Cannon

Cannon put the ball out often, but on the ball he wasn’t too bad and at least wanted to take a man on. The others were just boring, Ingram aside.

No no no
Cannon was the epitome of gash
Nothing he did came off
Like passing to his own man

Don't know what people see in Bernard. Seems to get in people's top 3 every week but he's consistently all over the place.

Greaves - he’s gonna be a top, top player even in this **** show.

KLP looked our best midfielder when out there. Which is worrying.

I disagree. Several times he skinned somebody and carried the ball forward. He made mistakes, but then show me a City player that didn’t today. A 4 among twos.
On a day like today there are two kinds of midfielders - ones who balls up but keep battling, keep getting involved and don’t hide. That was Cannon today.

We also had at least one player today who showed no battle, no creativity, no defensive nous whatsoever and who hid for long periods of his time on the pitch.
