blimey had my invite to book a jab this morning so got mine a week on monday with the added bonus of it being reasonably near by .
I had my first dose of AZ yesterday . Have got a horrid headache and been throwing up .

Had a phone call yesterday afternoon asking if i wanted to pop into my GP's this morning for the vaccine . From leaving house to getting back 25 mins even if i couldn't park in their car park .

Nah. Should have kept my gob shut. I'm really achy now and feel very shivery, so it wasn't a placebo. Just asked the boss if I can clock off a bit early. I need to get some ale and weed in me
I felt pretty **** with shivering, aching body and a headache for a day or two after having round one of the AZ one a while back. Sore arm lasted for a few days. Still alive boys, although I now have extra eyes, fins and tentacles
I did a full day in work though the day after, unlike the skiving weaklings on here. I read you shouldn't drink for a few days after as it affects your immune response, the tentacles help you make up for the abstinence though

How many fins and tentacles did you have before I’ve you’ve grown extras?
Had mine yesterday at 9 am. Felt fine until about 8 pm when I started shivering and had a blinding headache. Had the heat on really high but still shivering. The Mrs was sweating it was so hot and the dog nearly took her coat off!! Had a bad night and felt bad until about 3 pm today, but seem to be over the worst of it. Just a bit of a muzzy head. The doctor I saw said the worst reaction to the AZ, which I had, is people who have had covid previously, even if they do not realise they have had it.

The Dr may have something there. I had my jab a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely nothing. As if I've given sterile water my missus got some heavy headache. I knew I was negative beforehand.
