smoking is rapidly reducing here but smokers are really doing a public service as tobacco tax raised £12 bn in 2016 plus by dying earlier than normal they save on pensions and benefits

400k people do not die through smoking every year in the U.K.

It's probably American, judging by the firearms deaths stat. I think it's about 50 over here and that looks like tens of thousands.
