Professor of medicine worried that pubs might start to claim a change to restaurants, he said they must be prevented from doing that, unless they operate in the same manner....ie table service.

And he said about the young who thinks this virus does not affect them in the same way as the elderly, he's reminding them, that the virus can have long term affects on their health for some young people that catch it. @luvgonzo to confirm.

I don't get this 67% wages thing for businesses forced to close, imagine many independent pubs will just let people go.

Think that'll happen anyway tbh, we're gonna see millions added to the unemployment list this winter. Lots of evictions won't be far behind either imo.

Could be some good new businesses opportunities once this is all over. Be interesting to see what new comes out of all this.
