Yeah, I doubt London will escape further restrictions for long. Didn’t help that they reduced testing capacity in London a month or so ago, to cope with excess demand elsewhere, so Infection rates could already be higher than they’re showing.

Think Rishi Sunak’s constituency is in York btw?
Oh yeah wrong Richmond ffs.

I'm hoping that I have some kind of immunity to it now, although there's no proof it would make a certain sense.

If you hadn't developed anti bodies, they wouldn't be asking for blood plasma donations.

They contradict themselves so much by lying that we don't build any resistance to it once we've had it. Of course we do.

not sure any one has ever said that but no one knew early on how long any immunity lasted though we now have had cases of second infections a few months later which suggests a couple of months at least .

You've clearly not been watching the daily BBC talking head show.

Pick any number of doom mongers to spout scare stories.

ok, i'll be honest, I haven't been keeping up with events, but I thought I heard something about Boris, doing another one of his chats to the nation tomorrow....

So that leads to my question, is he going to shut us all down for 2 weeks, as were all these rumours, not sure how true they were. If so, the food shop is coming tomorrow, and after that the fooking drawbridge is going up, bolloxs to the lot of yer <whistle>

The 3 tiers are;
  1. Your MP is a member of the cabinet. No restrictions.
  2. Your MP is a Tory. Some restrictions.
  3. Your MP is not a Tory. Full lockdown.

Not a total lockdown, just another clustafuck coming.

The government is so incompetent it makes conspiracy theorists' arguments look sensible.

Why is hospitality being locked down over 3% of transmissions when schools responsible for 40% of transmissions are open.

Why do you think?

Government needs someone to blame and can't say it's their own fault.

The efforts of Prof Van Tam to avoid blaming schools for the rise of cases was astonishing.

"We've seen a dramatic rise in cases since September in younger people who spend several hours in close proximity with many others in poorly ventilated rooms... Dominic Cummings tells me they've all been going the pub, no other possible explanation."
