Apparently it survives for up to 48h on metal surfaces. If an infected person touched anything they will pass it on to dozens/hundreds/etc of people. The tube is still rammed at rush hour, one person could infect so many people...

They're testing a tiny amount of people. Just wait until it hits care homes/hospitals/bingo halls/Scotland.

BREAKING NEWS:

Chiswick man tests positive for coronavirus.

The Manx National was found looking disorientated in the local park on Monday afternoon. He was taken to the local hospital where it was originally suspected that he was merely smashed off his tits. However tests have since confirmed that he’s coronavirus positive.

On Question Time a woman said India has cancelled all visas. Hadn't heard this so checked it out and it turns out to be true. No tourists.

Assuming their figures are accurate they've had 1 death and only 74 confirmed cases.

That's a massive step to take for a country that relies a lot on tourism. Fair play to them.

Probably got set up doing a deal <laugh>

Do the old bill actually still bother with that stuff these days!?

No mate, they generally don't, the Drug Squad, CID etc, after all bigger fish. But when small time dealers become a nuisance to their neighbours, and people start top complain, eventually the local plod are forced to act.

You’d barely know anything was up if you were in central London tonight. Bars weren’t rammed for a Thursday but far from dead. Ended up at some student night thing for a bit but got work in the morning so called it quits.

24th June 1914 the East Lancs regiment of 720 men advanced on German guns at Serre at 7:30 am ... by 8:00 am 584 were killed, wounded or missing ...

I wasn't there Hernia ... but my mother's family came from the area and my father's uncle won a medal for distinguished conduct having joined up underage In the wake of the massacre of his peers ... don't recall many old Etonians being listed as casualties ... but a good bet that one of the over privilidged twats gave the order to test flesh against bullets ... twats like you can mock all you want but you can't change the reality with your selective stats ...
So what stats should I use to compare the death rate of the officer class to the enlisted servicemen, other than the stat that compares the death rate of the officer class to the enlisted serviceman? Or are yousaying they're wrong and we should contact the royal historical society and tell them all their records are wrong because fosse's granny said so?

you just posted stats, and none of your own views.

Who gets promoted/relegated? It’s a mess.

Finish this season off when we can and do a mini season next season with every team playing each other once?

**** knows. It’s going to come back in the Winter even if it dies down in the Summer, apparently.
