And the amount of labs capable of doing the tests, who's fault is that?
We need to get people back to work as a number one priority, i was furloughed for 8 weeks because custom fell off, when called back i didn't take (or ask for) a test because i had no reason to.
If you have no symptoms then don't waste resources (and peoples time) by going for tests.
I agree in the sense that human beings have a tendency to overreact to a situation, however, this is something that was promoted by the government.
I've had one test, but that was done by the hospital prior to me going in hospital, so several valid reasons there, why the test had to be done. One of the questions you get is have you had a cough, I say everytime, yes, but it is nothing to do with covid, it's to do with my medication. So then you get multiple questions about that cough...I'm like look I know my own body, it's not covid ffs.
The point being, we have scared people into getting tests. Everyone should know their own contacts, but the problem is they won't if they attend busy gatherings, such as bars, promoted I hasten to add by the governing powers, so the public are then shooting themselves in the foot, by becoming complacent.
As I see it the only other way you wouldn't know your contacts, is if people are using public transport (or work for PT), other than what I've mentioned about. Again the government stoked the fire, by insisting people get back to the office to protect the wealthy people that own the office spaces. So we have a double whammy, incompetence on part of the government and thick human beings.
Wash your hands, wear your face mask, keep 2M distance, don't attend crowded events, make sure you know your contacts, ensure your contacts are following the same rules as you....there is nothing difficult about this....oh and ignore the government
