Here’s another thing……
Out of curiosity I went on my NHS app and attempted to get a COVID pass. Wouldn’t allow me one as I’ve had a positive PCR and states I can’t get one till 26th (first day after self isolation)
However I’m now allowed to come out of isolation if I have a negative lat flow test on days 5 and 6 (20th and 21st).
Therefore if I had an important gig or outing that I had to attend between 22nd and 25th which needed a COVID pass, then I’d be ****ed.
Why does this not surprise me

Take a lateral flow and report the negative test
You will then get an email you can show at the gig

I assume it’s a protest against the unvaccinated NHS staff potentially losing their jobs.
It seems a ****ing stupid thing to do……..sacking the unvaccinated staff that is. It’s not as if we are short of staff
Too right. We were asked to clap for them not that long ago whilst they were wrestling with inadequate or non-existent PPE and excessive viral lode, and now these idiots are threatening to take their jobs away.
I work with a lovely girl. Brilliant at her job and a credit to the service.
As she said, it’s been ok for her to work and put herself at risk for the past 2 years…but now she’s gonna get sacked because that deem her to be a risk.
I don’t agree with her choice of being unvaccinated, however it should remain her choice without her facing the sack.
In such a scenario simply get a mate to send you a screenshot of their pass.
