Personally i prefer a nice fried egg to go with the sausage, bacon, black, and white, pudding, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and chop sauce, but my missus for some strange reason thinks it's healthier to poach the eggs????? I do like them poached as well, especially if you get the yolks bang on runny.

Lovely with a pint. It's not raw though, it comes cooked, when people cook it on their full English they're cooking it again. Taste is out of this world straight out of the packet with a bit of salt and a bit of cracked black pepper. Party in the mouth. Cube it season it snack on it. Bang on.
