For this reason it is a No from me.

Like any business if you have invested time , energy and money into something you expect to see a return.

I'm sure Coleman can find better options than this

    Not a chance.
Ellis's statement, in an earlier post, gives a flavour of the irritation and betrayal that he felt at the time, and Ellis doesn't come across as the forgiving sort.

However, I do feel that Jack got a rough deal in terms of cash. He could and should have been offered an increase earlier.

All in all, though, everything has turned out well.
His form has gradually gone backwards and he has fallen out with his 'boyhood club' who have not even registered him as a squad player.
So he's training with their youth sides and getting £2mil a year for the pleasure.

    What's not to like?

No point. Too expensive. Too much bad blood. Too average a football player.

Me? I’m 42 mind but I can run lots (do marathons and the like) and pass a ball 3 yards and I don’t have ginger hair and I’m a SAFC fan. Surely I win on all counts!!!

He did let us down badly, but I think after he sees out his time up the road he will, probably at a greatly reduced income, do a good job at some championship club, by that time we should be back in the premiership with the New Coleman's Army. <ok>

When I compared him as a poor man's Catts he was at the time. IMHO the current Catts is a poor man's Cattermole - still a massive liabilitey EDIT:eek:n the pitch though :emoticon-0148-yes:

That's what we thought after he was ****e in the Prem, that he'd be a solid championship player and find his level, but he was even worse in the championship...

Love the look on the Ginger Pirlo's face as the kiddy fiddler scored a late winner in the first derby after he went to the mags...
