This doesn't though. Well it does in the way that you try to spin it.
That's not 'recorded weather'.

It's the 'Feverishly Farting Fish Effect' giving forth again. That's not 'recorded weather'.![]()
It's a tad longer than that.China has spent £28bn building the longest, 1.87km long railway bridge in the world. For what? To transport coal!
Think you might have mistakenly used a decimal point?China has spent £28bn building the longest, 1.87km long railway bridge in the world. For what? To transport coal!

The longest bridge in the world is a Chinese rail bridge, but it's 165km long and transports 80m people a year and it cost a very reasonable $8.5b.
That’s 80m people cunningly disguised as 200m tons of coal then. The longest bridge in the world is a Chinese rail bridge, but it's 165km long and transports 80m people a year and it cost a very reasonable $8.5b.

It's actually a 1,813km railway line, it's not a bridge.
Dedicated for coal, whatever you choose to describe it as.![]()

Looks like a viaduct with a railway line on it.
Seems the people saying if we set a lead by reducing our emissions the world would follow were right.![]()
Maybe the board of China Railway read this forum and your numerous posts over the years about how climate change doesn't exist, how mining for coal never harmed you and how there's nothing wrong with coal fired power stations, so followed your way of thinking.
Any links to where I have said there is nothing wrong with coal fired power stations? I said it is pointless this country wearing sackcloth and ashes and going for net zero when we contribute about 1% of the world’s emissions whilst China have hundreds of coal fired power stations and are opening another one each week. Not to mention building over 50 new airports whilst we have been discussing building one runway. Seems those who deludedly say if we give a lead the world will follow were talking through their nether regions.
Of course climate change exists. The climate has been changing for billions of years, long before man (is that word permissible?) came on the scene.
The railway was started in 2015, long before this thread was started. A lot has happened in 9 years. Renewable energy, whatever the initial investment, is going to benefit the world long term, beyond all of us on here lifetimes. Change is nothing to be scared of. Many bitter and nihilistic older men want the world to be ****ed, because it makes it easier to leave it.
