My big issue is if he's getting basic stuff like this wrong, then he clearly isn't the right person for the job of this organisation. What else does he not quite get when it comes to this subject?
Suggesting that girls are scared of being hit by a ball really isn't a good look for someone in charge of men's and women's football.
But out of 100% what percentage of his role is taken up with this ethics/diversity/equality stuff?
Has it not assumed a disproportionately large part of his role?
