Getting some amusing mileage out of a percentage I quoted of the possible Abel move to Leeds. The percentage was in response to a member who was wanting to lump some funds on it as it was I admit "outlandish" at the time hence why I wanted to share in advance the whole reason for this board? The percentage I posted was a direct quote from Abel's girlfriend, could you have imagined the uproar and incessant guffawing if I'd mentioned her as the source from those taking offence to new members with info they are not privy too?

I haven't logged in since last week , & You & someone were going at it , hammer & tongs. Lo & behold, a week later , its still there. Precious.

First time I've logged on in a week also, just found it amusing reading back through the posts that the board is still entertaining itself quoting percentages on the back of one of my posts from 3 weeks back

Prefer a fry up in Gerry's Cafe myself. Mind you, Jack's thinking of putting food on in the Shoulder. Probably sausage rolls or scotch eggs or something like that. Do you know I didn't try olives until I was in my 50's? Then I wish I hadn't bothered.

I hope you all understand Ehaw signs players at the very last minute to save paying their salaries and their travel expenses to Portugal.
If he were to sign 6 players now that would be a waste of money in his eyes as they can't play until August.
Best run club in the league and all that.
So Adkins has no chance of any incomings before 1 July.
Who needs preseason training !
