For me the trouble with loans are it leaves you at the mercy of the parent club, remember when we loaned Clemence(may have spelt that wrong) from WBA , he was surplus to requirement there, came to us on loan , we started moving up the table, he started putting in some great performances, what happened then, WBA recalled him.

Clubs can't actually do that any more, loans can now only be cancelled in a transfer window (a player could still be recalled in January, but I think it has to be done by a certain date, to allow time to replace them).

Looks like the Grosicki to Panathinaikos story was bollocks.

No one wants him. He’s not as good as he thinks, about time he works his nuts off and plays something like rather than standing on a advertising hoarding thinking he’s gods gift.

Hes player at half tilt for about 12 months.

While I fully agree about his attitude and belief that he is far better then he actually is .. a motivated Grosicki would be a huge asset to this team. He obviously has some talent, and in this league he is capable of being one of the stand out players .. however it remains to be seen if Nigel can actually get his head right to put in the performances we know he is capable of.

It is truly embarrassing how bad our transfer dealings are .. we are a laughing stock .. I wouldn't blame Adkins for walking tbh .. he like the many before him is have the piss taken out of him by the clown at the helm

Cardiff City are considering loan offers for players omitted from their 25-man Premier League squad.

Lee Tomlin, Anthony Pilkington, Stuart O'Keefe and Rhys Healey have not been selected by manager Neil Warnock in the list, meaning they cannot feature for the Bluebirds in league games.

EFL clubs can still sign players on loan until the end of August.

Tomlin and Pilkington are both thought to have been the subject of interest from Championship teams.

I'd take both (not that I think we will). Tomlin is one of those players who is frustrating but can do something out of nothing, cracking player in there if he can be arsed.

Isn’t Colin pissed off with us from when we tried to sign zohore.

Our fans would just jump all over that, call him **** and lazy and then say he's a bad influence on the squad. Rhys Healey has got a **** enough record that we just might be tempted to sign him.

I actually thought we'd end up with Norwood.
What a kick in the face for the supporters and particularly Adkins.
Adkins even leaves the number 8 jersey free for him was my guess.
I'm not in the slightest bit surprised though.

I agree. However, I suspect Nige has already given up on him / wrote him off. Why else would he give away his number 7 shirt? That's no way to motivate a player like him. He'll just be even more pissed off. Bad mistake Nige ... unless KG is going.

Will be Interesting to see how things pan out between Adkins and the owners, if he was to walk i don't think there anybody in the footballing world/fans who would blame him, i honestly think that jnr has made him look a bit of a fool this window plus he has not help himself by coming out with the "i want all my transfer business done by the time we return for pre-season" , if he stays, is it because he's an Allams man or because he's under the foolish impression that things will get better, can't make up my mind about our Nigel one way or another.

Maybe he enjoys beena football manager and knows he runs a team of players and support staff and has a loyalty to them.
Many of us work for **** bosses.
